What Next?

I have a lovely post nearly all prepared for "Pumpkins, Part 2."  Except that apparently I've used up the 1 GB of storage that Google allots me to post pictures on my blog, so now I either have to buy more store from Google (yeah, RIGHT) or create a new blog.

Megan, have you ever had this problem?  If so, how did you get around it?

It looks like I won't be blogging for awhile until I figure out what to do next.  I'm very crestfallen about this!  At least now my camera can stay at home instead of being toted around in my purse, I guess.

Uh...nope. I have no idea why you can't post pics! Have you Googled it?

I always shrink my photos down before posting...do you do that?

I don't "shrink" them - I click the "large" option so they aren't super tiny when they post. Perhaps that is bad?... I reeeeally don't have the time to go through my 100+ posts to select all the photos and hit the "small" option, but maybe I should....

And the only option I'm offered is to buy more storage space from Google or "delete unused files." Uhhhh - from where? If I delete them, they will probably not show up on my blog! Right?....

No--when I edit photos prior to posting using the software on my computer, I shrink them to 1600 x 2400 or smaller so they take up less memory. Do you do that, or post them full size straight from your camera?

Errrr, full size from iPhoto. I'll try doing just what you do - thanks!!!

Kate - I use FastStone Photo
Resizer - except I am with the rest of the world and Microsoft, and you use the falling Apple...
