BYU Campus in the first week of school. I miss that excitement of a new semester!
At the State Fair!
Having a wee bit of a tantrum:
Playing with Uncle Kenny:
Sweet little girl and her mom:
Little piggies and their mom:
Welcome, Halloween! (A month and a half early.)
Ken picked out this sign:
Megan's birthday gift to me - I love this pumpkin! She also got me a fictional book on the Salem witch trials, which I am thoroughly enjoying.
"It looks like a Halloween whorehouse in here," said Kenny:
I needed a new front door mat:
Beautiful new bed linens I've been coveting at IKEA, which Kenny said I should get. It's been three years since we got married, after all!
Shoes I picked out this weekend with my gift from my "Aunt" Jenny, Favio, and Gabriella! And they aren't Dr. Martens!
And shoes Kenny said I had to buy. Really - he told me they must belong to me. What a guy!

Your house looks beautiful!!! And the shoes are gorgeous. And the pictures of my granddaughters - wonderful!!
Um...was the juxtaposition of that picture of me & Tamsin and the picture of the pig and her litter intentional, or just really, really awfully coincidental?!?
Love the decorations, love the shoes, love the doormat, and love the bedspread!!! Though I think it needs a little something at the end, like a crocheted purple blankie folded up for chilly toes. I'll bet Pier One would be happy to supply it!!!
You have wonderful taste in sheets! I eye those everytime I go to Ikea!
And we have had our Halloween stuff out since Labor Day weekend... And I love the shoes!
Megan: utter (or should I say "udder?") coincidence. Meredith - thanks!!! I neeeeeeded that bedspread and shams. I will always have the fondest memories of your dad's Halloween set-up on your front porch, complete with live scarecrow. And of trick-or-treating with you and Megan.
